Shantelle Croom is the founder and CEO of the JABrown Network. She has held numerous leadership positions within the Business and Education sectors.  

She is an ordained minister with the authority to perform the sacrament of marriage in the State of Maryland. Shantelle holds both a Bachelor’s of Science and Masters of Science in Organizational Management.

Shantelle has 30+ years of in formulating, administering, managing, and assessing programmatic content and is recognized for designing and operating training programs focused on improved performance, productivity, and organizational operations. Her passion for the betterment of others fuels her to not only do the work, but to keep learning about the work and the individuals she serves.
